Nick Cannon Covers Up “Mariah” Tattoo

When they were first dating, Nick Cannon showed his commitment for future wife Mariah Carey with a huge tattoo across his back reading "Mariah." Now, with the couple announcing plans for divorce in August, the rapper has moved quick in getting it covered up.

TMZ got a photo of Nick partying at a Hollywood nigth club this week for his 33rd birthday. Of course, he had his shirt off, showing off what looks to be angel wings coming off the sides of a cross, which completely covers up the previous "Mariah" tattoo.

Apparently, he feels there's no possibility of reconciliation?

The best advice my father ever gave me as a child: never get your lovers name tattooed on your body. He had someone's name tattooed on his bicep (first wife?), but had it covered over in prison -- it was nothing but a black bar. lol. Great advice!
