Indeed.

It is ok to acquire stuff for own listening/collection. Leaking is the thing that potentially hurts people and companies. I don't think there is anything wrong with buying stuff. Distributing is the thing that should not be done.

The whole thing definitely is a problem in the Pac scene. Trust would be important, but how can you trust these ppl ... You can't. Buying stuff for own use is very different compared to supporting leaks.
