For those that don't know, Guthrie Govan is a virtuoso guitar dude. Dude is insanely good on the guitar, and while it's difficult to say a "world's best" when it comes to that kinda thing, what's cool about Guthrie is that he's kinda nerdy about music theory. So he knows a lot about harmony, and can then use that to make a lot of cool sounds. He plays in a few less-known bands, and is a guitar teacher, but he's world famous on the internet for his playing skills. We're talking anything from insanely fast to insanely harmonically complex.
So anyway, blah blah, point being his music is really good. He has an instrumental album called "West Coast Grooves". Now this is guitar music, so it kinda touches on a few different genres, but the first track of the album should be pleasing to most people I think. Too bad these shits aren't 30 years old so it would be aight to sample them because they would make dope samples. Second track is also pretty cool and right up our alley. There's a similarity to 2Pac's beats while on Death Row. Funky, chill shit.
