I don't think it was funny.
He's actually right.
Maybe he did go on and on and on but he had every reason to.
Ok, its clever wordplay but still, he didn't have to take it there.
Being a New Yorker, I really liked ESOM but everytime I listened to it, I'd be like "wtf, why did he go there."
& after a while, I couldn't stand listening to it.
