The Damien Trilogy Of Dmx

The Damien trilogy is the best ''series'' in modern hip hop history. All the tracks sound derivative of each and seem like sequences in a natural progression. These three sound natural and each successive song just seems like natural corollary of its predecessor. Again, it's been said before, but I'll say it again since I just don't get it. Why don't they make music like this anymore is impervious to me.

these songs are about how a blinded Earl Simmons Aka Dmx basically sells his soul to meet his aspirations, but in turn he cant make the payment in return. he is forced to make decisions he doesn't want to and he is struggling with his demons trying to get out of the devils clutches. both voices are him. these are very powerful and deep songs , most people don't understand the full concept. he doesn't support the devil, hes blinded to a contract he wants rid of.

to phrase this differently ...

Damien is a demon that has DMX by the balls because of the lifestyle he is living. If u hear the whole song he's trying to get rid of him and he pleads to God , go judge Jay Z for saying "life starts when the church ends" and lil wayne for having an upside down cross between his eyes and having hidden messages in his songs in reverse.

DMX is trying to become a preacher and write more positive music so fall back everyone who thinks he ain't keeping it REAL !

I've seen some tentative track lists that are not yet confirmed for one of Dmx's upcoming 2 albums , one being hip hop and the other being Gospel , one of them apparently contained a track called "Damien & Goliath" , which could be good news for DMX Fans such as myself to hear a 4th song in the special series of Damien.

he was sentenced to 6 months in jail since March so he will be out on bail by September , so were looking at an end of the year release or unless were gonna wait till 2011.

i must say it got me thinkin bout that, there is somethin on point in that case,
