Master P and Wal-Mart have reportedly been slapped with a trademark infringement lawsuit by Pepe Jeans London LLC.
According to WWD Business, Pepe Jeans accuses Master P and Wal-Mart of using its logo, a stylized P, on the rap mogul's P. Miller clothing line.
As reported earlier, Master P and his son Romeo re-launched their P. Miller Designs clothing line exclusively through Wal-Mart this summer.
Pepe Jeans is seeking an injunction against the use of the logo, all profits and damages that ensued from infringing activities, legal fees and unspecified damages.
Master P's representatives were not available for comment.
