Rap mogul P. MILLER has been named in a copyright infringement lawsuit over a logo used in his jeans collection.
The hip-hop star, who launched his P. Miller clothing range with U.S. discount retailer Wal-Mart, has been accused of stealing the logo idea from U.K.-based label Pepe Jeans London LLC.The Pepe Jeans branded denims feature the letter P in a circle - a design similar to that used in Miller's clothing line.In legal papers filed in a Manhattan, New York federal court last week (ends26Sep0, the rapper formerly known as Master P - real name Percy Miller - is targeted alongside Wal-Mart bosses and the product's manufacturer Happy Nation Inc.Pepe Jeans owners want a judge to issue an injunction against the future use of the logo.
