Have a question about this track, I know this isn't pac, but I really love the chorus. Does anyone know if the chorus is picked from another song?

Read on youtube its from an unreleased Outlaws track, but there is enough bullsjit on youtube, so I'm asking here.

this was released on a 2pac album called THE HERE AFTER. if i'm not mistaken it was released in 2002/2003, not sure

But was the chorus on this track used before on another track?
Because I really love the chorus but not the tupac imitator.
I really don't understand why the track its labelled as a tupac track when its really not!
So I just want this track without this faker, maybe someone can make a nice remix with pac in it
