After numerous delays, The Game announced a release date for his fourth studio LP, The R.E.D. Album.
The Compton rapper made the announcement on Twitter Wednesday (July 6) to over 530,000 followers (@TheGame), revealing that the album would finally hit store shelves on August 23rd.
Additionally, as you can see from the photo running on this post, Game unveiled the official R.E.D. Album coverart, featuring a close-up on the rapper's face with his hand covering it, overlaid by a red tint.
The album features the Lil Wayne-assisted single "Red Nation" and Chris Brown-featured "Pot of Gold", as well as contribution from the likes of Pharrell (who also plays executive producer), Dr. Dre, Tyler The Creator, and Lupe Fiasco, among others.
