It's funny to look at peoples comments about 50. I remember arguing with people back in 2003 over whether Get Rich.. was a "classic" or not. (It Is). It's funny to see people still doubt that album. Whats really telling though is that it wasn't 50 Cent that made that album a classic, but rather Dre/Eminem. For that album, Dre went back to the old Death row Formula. Beats that were intended for Eminem's album, Dre's (forever delayed) album, as well as other artists. That wasn't so much a 50 cent project as it was an Aftermath Project. That Album really was the closest thing to All Eyez on Me pt. 2 that will likely ever be done. Ex. Hot new artist joins label. His album is pushed to the forefront of releases. Other artists sacrifice beats for 50's project. Hell even the content... "I was shot x number of times" I'm pissed at this other rapper claiming xyz.. etc etc.
DRE MADE 50 Cen't GET RICH OR DIE TRYING A SUCCESS, NOT CURTIS.
All the proof you need (beyond all I've already given) is to just look at all 50's projects since then. Get Rich is dope as fuck... I couldn't bring myself to purchase any other 50 cent album. 50's style of production can't compare to Dre's...
