2 awesome rappers, i gotta say i vote for Pac, like "2pacfatal" say, i always listening to biggie when i want to dance (even if Pac did some hot songs too), but i listen Pac more than biggie because of his awesome, powerful lyrics about his conviction, his determination to tell everyone his point of view and other things like that...

Overall I would say 2pac. Biggies first album is pretty much perfect, to me atleast, and I can listen to it from start to finish. Me Against The World is pretty much the same in terms of listenable material.
Life After Death however doesnt keep it together that well. It has great joints but also some unlistenable stuff (Another...). All Eyez On Me doesnt have this problem and all the tracks are fitting to his celebration of life type of an album.
Also Pac brought that emotion to the microphone like only few other can. ODB imo was comparable to Pac when it come to bringing the emotion.
So my personal vote goes to 2pac.
