Tupac for sure. I ain't just saying this cause he the top selling rapper ever. His songs helped me in ways and got me through some pretty hard shit. His lyrics are more meaningful. Hold On Be Strong the adlibs at the end. I listened to that a lot after my pops passed away. When I'm upset I'll play Pain, or Hold Ya Head. Feeling like slipping or having a drink I'll listen to Krazy, not just for lyrics, but the mellow beat is good enough for me to just say forget about it...I'll be fine

When I listen to Pac, It's like poetic healing.

Wow I just now noticed this thread? Anyways 2Pac. Only ever liked a few biggie songs and Eminem is good sometimes but its usually a hit or miss. Especially the production on his later albums.
