Fresh off the release of his Cabin Fever 2 mixtape last month, Wiz Khalifa throws out yet another new visual off the tape for the track, "The Tweak Is Heavy." In the clip, the Pittsburgh hip-hop star is about his business, posting up in his office, all by his lonely, with a joint and bottles of bubbly.
Cabin Fever 2 is out now. It features guest appearances from Juicy J and Chevy Woods, as well as French Montana, Menace, and numerous appearances from Compton rapper Problem.
