Slaugterhouse member and "Love and Hip Hop: New York" cast member, Joe Budden, is gearing up for the release of his third solo effort, No Love Lost, so the New Jersey-bred MC offered a preview to select media in NYC.
During a listening session at Chung King Studios on Tuesday (January 22), BallerStatus.com sat in for a listen of the LP, which Budden described as a "lyricist album" and adamantly stressed to pay attention to every word.
It's safe to say he's back with more to discuss than just money, women, fame. He's been on a journey, which includes a departure from Def Jam Records, joining forces with three other artists for the supergroup Slaughterhouse, and becoming apart of the "Love and Hip Hop" cast.
Check out the clip (above) to get a little taste of what's to come.
No Love Lost is slated to drop February 5.
