I'm sure there are WAY worse rappers out there than you are naming and lol @ Jay Z, I'm not a big fan or anything and dude has made some shit songs but a shittiest or even shit rapper? nope.

The problem is there is lots of different kinds of rappers and different strengths and weaknesses. One rapper might be an amazing lyricist but if he can't pick good beats his songs will suffer (Ras Kass comes to mind) or anyother rapper might be a sick at freestyling and battle raps but can't write a hook or song for shit.
