  • Lil Boosie Associate Pleads Guilty To Threatening D.A.; Faces Five Years In Prison

An associate of rapper Lil Boosie has pleaded guilty to making threats against the East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney, during the rapper’s murder trial in May of 2011.

The 22-year-old, named Dedrick Deandre Green, will be sentenced on June 21, according to the Times-Picayune.

An investigation into Green began last May, when he posted a message on his Twitter page threatening District Attorney Hillar Moore III.

“I got a sniper rifle for Hillar Moore when he walk out the courthouse.” Green tweeted last May, in addition to threatening to shoot the “court house up.”

The threat came during the same time that a Lil Boosie song titled “F**k ‘Em All,” was released, which also contain threats against District Attorney Moore.

Lil Boosie was acquitted of first-degree murder charges in May of 2011.

The rapper was accused of paying a 16-year-old named “Marlo” Michael Louding to shoot and a man named Terry Boyd for $2800.

Green, who claimed he was just “playing a round,” is slated to be sentenced on June 21, for public intimidation.

He faces five years in prison.
