I honestly don't know a song about him either.

Good to see rappers today don't care about knowing where there genre comes from. NOT.
              Love.

Show me not stagnant! Almost all of the EDM I've heard sounded roughly, and often specifically, the same. And, yah, hip-hop is pretty weak and stagnant in general.

I think all these videos show you that there is alot of verasatility in EDM and genres.

A few of these I like, but all but like 1 of them sounds just like the stuff I used to listen to in the mid-90s. Technically, pretty stagnant. Maybe that's just a feature of the genre? I do think that Bingo Players track fun and sticks out as not sounding just like the rest. The last two are excellent examples of what I mean by stagnant, they could easily have fit right in 20 years ago and not even stymied the waters.

This sounds like a decent evolution of EDM:

(I can't stand almost anything else this group has made. lol.)

I think maybe EDM by definition is limited to its boom-jah-boom-jah driving beats, synthetic instrumentation, and sampling, which leaves a stagnant odor to most of its leavings. Maybe? Not that that means its bad, just a side-effect of being what it is? I dunno.

From now on call me Admiral Buzzkill Overgeneralzation.
