After being the target of a shooting last week in NYC, Freddie Gibbs addressed the incident on Twitter and the rumored involvement of Jim Jones.
When someone alluded to Jones being behind the shooting, the Indiana rapper quickly brushed off any notion. "Na I doubt it he too pussy," Gibbs tweeted in reply.
A day before, the rapper bragged about being in Harlem and having no issues. "Bout to go to my crib in Harlem. Safe & sound. Happy Sunday," Gibbs wrote. "I ain't hard 2 find."
Fans believing Jones is involved stems from recent disses from Gibbs, who referred to the Dipset vet as a wannabe gangster.
At press time, it's still unclear who was behind the shooting.
However, Gibbs doesn't seem worried. "They tried to kill Tupac. They tried to kill me. I'm still alive. I'm Freddie Gibbs. They tried to kill me, but I'm still alive," he said after.
