Maino appeared on The Breakfast Club this week, where he addressed recent accusations that he assaulted porn star Mellanie Monroe.
The New York rapper says he's innocent, but couldn't get into details about the incident.
"Never in my life, until this time here, have I been absolutely, 100% innocent. That thing is about to get thrown out. It's halfway out the door," Maino explained. "The sad part about it, that particular situation, if a woman says that then you have to actually go through the process.
"I don't want to give too much light on it, because once this is all the way done, I'm gonna come [to The Breakfast Club] and really go back in."
The story goes like this. Maino was partying at Griffin nightclub in Manhattan on Oct. 20, when sometime during the early morning hours, he was inside an SUV with the Monroe who claims he began punching her, before eventually fleeing.
At press time, the status of the case was unknown.
