Surveillance footage reportedly shows Suge Knight being threatened at gunpoint before he committed a hit-and-run.
Just under two weeks after the incident itself, video of a deadly hit-and-run committed by Suge Knight has apparently surfaced and sources close to the label boss claim it shows him being threatened at gunpoint ahead of the incident.
According to USA Today, Knight's lawyer claims that a surveillance video shows "an ambush" on Suge before he struck two men with his truck, killing one.
David Kenner, Knight's lawyer in the hit-and-run case as well as in a separate robbery case stemming from a confrontation with a female paparazzo that also involved Katt Williams in Beverly Hills in September, told USA Today that the footage will help mount a defense in the murder, attempted murder, and hit-and-run charges.
According to TMZ, the man in the video pointing a gun at Knight is Cle "Bone" Sloan, one of the men who was run over. The site also reports that footage shows someone removing the gun from the scene following the hit-and-run. Still, contrary to Kenner's statement, TMZ cites law enforcement sources as saying that the video will be used as a part of the prosecution.
After pleading not guilty to all charges, Knight is currently being held without bail.
