20 years has passed since the Carson, CA emcee RAS KASS changed the history of west-coast hip-hop with the critically acclaimed debut album, “Soul On Ice”. Un- fortunately, while its release was within the throws of Priority/Capital Records, the release of the record saw the album but not in its true form.

Two decades years after its initial release, we here at Cre8yte/Blackhouse are honored to present to you, the fully restored, re- mixed and remastered version of “Soul On Ice: Revisited”. Complete with long lost tracks and remixes

but i have to say "fully restored, re- mixed and remastered version" sounds more promising, then it is on particular parts. overall a good and not expensive project, which you can support blind for only $14 USD or more (like you want)

I wouldn't get your hopes up, Rass started a kickstarter beginning of the year to release a Soul On Ice 2 full of unreleased cuts that should of made the album but didn't due to label issues, love SOI so have been waiting anxiously for this,

Feel let down really, only a couple of new tracks & the quality aint great, few more that aren't from that period & already avaliable. Hoped Won't Catch Me Runnin & Remain anonymous would be on there in good quality (as they were recorded for the album originally) but they arent. the highlights are a couple of so so remixs really.
