im not a fan of this biter but everyone remembers him from his debut album Guerilla City back in 04 i never knew back in 99 he dropped a mixtape N.O.T.O.R.I.O.U.S. B.L.A.C.K. back in 1999 and im just curious to see what it sounds like anyone knows where to get it i have not seen it any where on google

i think what you referencing to is a independent album he put out but that was before the biggie gimmick
