  • Slaughterhouse Projected To Debut W/ 25K In First Week

Slaughtehouse's self-titled debut is reportedly en route to sell roughly 25,000 albums in its first week on store shelves.

Based on one-day estimates, the group, which consists of Joe Budden, Crooked I, Joell Ortiz and Royce Da 5'9, will reportedly face stiff debut competition from country singer George Strait.

Strait will sell a total close to 150k. Cobra Starship are the next highest debut at 40-45k, fueled by the Top 5 single, ?Good Girls Go Bad.? Valory country singer/songwriter Justin Moore?s self-titled album could do in the 34-37k range, thanks to a hit single on the format, ?Small Town USA.? E1 (formerly Koch) rap all-star group Slaughterhouse, consisting of Crooked I, Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz and Royce Da 5?9?, should do between 23-25k. (Hits Daily Double)
Budden has been promoting the album's release via his Twitter page.

"#Slaughterhouse album in stores NOW !!!," he wrote on the album's release date. "lol, love me or hate me....but i make this internet sh*t a lil' more entertaining ! #SLAUGHTERHOUSE!!!!!!!!! Me-I got an album in stores 2day, mom-y don't u focus on music & stop starting trouble, rap more & stop hurting people's feelings." (Joe Budden's Twitter)
