Lady of Rage, Bahamadia & Jean Grae are the three at the top of my list. Shame to see two out of the three aren't up on your list, Bahamadia has some classic shit. Charli Baltimore is also underrated.

she is more know and has based a larger &#37; of her career on singing...if she wuld have attempted to be a 'rapper' she wuld have not had as much success in the music industry...imo
