i never understood why did "doggfather" & "da game is.." so bad reviews. these 2 albums are underrated. both albums had real dope cuts on um.

doggystyle was monster of an album but those records aint bad either.

after tha last meal went it downhill & went complete different route. he still big but went all pop.

I think because with both Albums Dogg experimented with a new sound
But I always Luv Still a G thang - he raps his Ass Off - Plus the Hook

          - Him shouting out Dre & the reunion coming the following year
That was a Good Time In Music

DMX.... It's almost like someone has hit him in the head with a brick. The funny thing though is that he has always been that way. Dope raps, but in interviews he has always acted like someone with some serious head injury.

Seems that he has switched from drugs to snacks too. Some improvement.

Snoop could get a stronger opponent - a young and hungry DMX would made a hard match, but today is more a ghost of himself

Yeah, Top Dogg and The Last Meal are classics. Da Game Is To Be Sold grew on me over the years, but not something I bump very often. Have to be in that No Limit mood, lol.

Yeah, the energy on Da Game is definitely different. There are definitely some gems on that album. His work on NL in general is cool though. I recently made a comprehensive playlist of all Snoop's NL songs, including his album tracks and his guest features on other NL artist's albums. Been a good one to listen to while driving.
