I had never heard of it being called that before either .

Its listed in a 2019 DEA drug handbook I found which is what got me thinking...


If you look at the CHRONIC album and its names double meaning ,you think of weed ,but it's to say the albums dope.
Now apply that same thinking to the dogg food album.

Maybe its west coast slang for it ,I dont really run in those circles to know its it called other than the basics.
