This should have been the next Dmx/2Pac. Hes a underground legend in New York that i havent really shared before, because a lot of people outside of there probably won't like his style. Outside of NY, not many people know about him. Iv listened to this guys music on repeat for so many years that i lost count. Its been my honest opinion for years and years. Its too bad he got caught up in all the wrong shit (read below for information on his crimes and punishments). This guy truly should be a legend. It takes a special type of person to make a song like "Eulogy".

Eulogy by Ra diggs lyrics
[intro]
When I raise my flashing sword, and my hand takes hold on judgement
I will take vengeance upon mine enemies, and I will repay those who haze me
Oh, Lord, raise me to Thy right hand and count me among Thy saints
[Verse 1: Ra Diggs]
Now while they talk about fiction I'ma spit real rap
Irrefutable try to dispute my facts
My mom's got cancer and my pop's smoke crack
So imagine of the ment in mind spawned out of that
Born out of that
I was forced with a decision
Either I'm gon' starve or it's going to prison
But I was going to November, early September
Na six handcuffed on a crook-bench
Nigga I'm sick only fourteen years
But thats the last time I let a nigga see tears
Nobody gave me nothing no father figure
Raised by my older cousins
Help me serve niggas they help me burn niggas
They gave me the hammers
They contributed to the death toll in the Bamas
Down-town Brooklyn, I'ma stop under all that
Too much information to make me my own rat
But I'm talking 'bout facts they lying in their raps
The reason they ain't buying them, is dying because of that
These niggas is trying and I ain't trying to go back
Locked in a cage with the roaches and the rats
Security is max and majority is black
So is the president but niggas is still trapped
'Cause Niggas is still trapped because niggas is cash-strapped
Niggas seeing dollars deflating the Nasdaq
So irrational decisions go get him an ass crack
Full of that time, isolated and confined
Where the only reprieve is the preservation of mind
With no hesitation, I'm one of the elite
That's gon' play the judge and jury in the street
I'ma wave the heat I solemnly swear
Before I let them give me a hundred and twenty years
A hundred and twenty years? imagine that there
My niggas starve blue trial and that's what he got to wear
Hey now, he got a head, screaming and howling and tortured souls
That want to leave confinement
All they hear is violence all over the violins
Even though the soundtrack to his murder is silence
Niggas spitting nonsense that's making me nauseous
He spit I'm sick nigga I vomit
Filling him with a bomb that firing like a comet
Nigga you could die for a quote or a comment
Nigga I'm a Spartan die for involvement
Anybody associated could get harmed then
Messenger deliver the message he lose an arm then
Throw him like Saddam track him down like a garment
Hunt him like a dear I'm a lion and I'm starving
King of the concrete jungle my apartment
Complex, niggas wearing armour like a bomb-threat
Like they preparing for a war they ain't start yet
All my projects all my hood!
Oh my momma I wish a nigga would
Run up on that big homie like I'm shook
And I promise that that boy left won't look good
Shit ain't looking good when niggas is gone wood
Thinking because they sold records the thinking they still could
I'ma behead these niggas, code-red these niggas
Anybody with a title I'ma dead these niggas
I'ma bury these niggas, I'm death get used to me
Paul-bearer flow use this song for the eulogy

Mr Herron grew up in the Gowanus Houses in New York, a public-housing project. His mother was a cocaine and heroin user who allowed friends and relatives to package and deal drugs from their apartment, Mr. Herron testified. He joined the Bloods when he went to a juvenile detention facility at 14 after an armed robbery, he said, and when he returned home, became more involved in violence and drug dealing
In and out of jail and prison since his first stint in the correctional system, Mr. Herron, prosecutors said, wielded an enormous amount of power. They said he had risen from a low-level drug dealer to the top of his Bloods “set,” called the Murderous Mad Dawgs, and controlled the turf.
He was convicted of murdering three men associated with drugs: Frederick Brooks, Richard Russo and Victor Zapata. The family of Mr. Zapata attended most of the trial, and listened to the verdicts with hugs and quiet tears. He beat his first murder charge, due to intimidating the two witnesses.
He was sentenced to 12 life terms.

According to the NY Daily News, Herron's former driver Algenis Caraballo testified that Jones kicked Herron out of a studio after he barged in on one of Jimmy's sessions, yelling "take that Blood s*** outside!" (Jones is reportedly a member of the Bloods' Nine Trey set himself). Herron reportedly felt disrespected and broke a glass door on his way out.
Diggs then tracked Jones down at famed strip club Sues Rendezvous in Mount Vernon later that night, where he and armed goons searched for the "We Fly High" rapper.
The DJ shouted out Diggs over the sound system, alerting Jones to his presence. "It was like he seen a ghost, scared," said Caraballo to the prosecutor. Tremaine "Cakes" Patterson, a now deceased gunman for Diggs was "looking for an eye signal from Ra" to shoot Jones, but Jones ducked out of the spot ASAP in an orange Camaro.
