I'd have to pick NWA. Ice Cube and Dr. Dre made a great combo, Eazy and the rest too. They were a power in music and culture. Cypress Hill is a very good group too. I listen to both.

i really don think they can be be compared tho...not the same movement imo...

nwa were pioneers and changed the game in their time...they rapped gangsta and lived it too...unlike some fake gangstas 2day...lol...and the careers of some of the members continues to flourish one way or the other even today...

no cypress hill and nwa are both very very good rap group
nwa in the gangsta rap:dre, cube, E, and ren are very very great rapper
and cypress hill is so cool: i love their strange beat, their flow, and hte neo metal that they've done is good too
so i think both are great group

i dont think they can be compared. they are both great. sometimes i wud rather lsn to eazy e and nwa and some other times i wud rather lsn to cypress depending on my mood. But I cant compare them wid each other
