That is not the headphones problem, but it shows you need a preamp for them. lol... If you want some nice reference phones, get some AKG k271's (which are excellent for use when recording instruments).

AKG k240's will give you more of a low-end response, if that is what you desire.

And some simple AKG k77 will show give you your everyday listening headphones -- extraordinary clarity, plus incredible range. Maybe visit a local music shop and try some out.

If you aren't using quality headphones you really have no idea what you are missing out on. And if you aint', then you ARE missing out of a whole fucking lot.

i have 10 $ earphones lol, i used some 150 $ headphones at target, n i heard on what i was missin out on. now i want some but i wud only use em for casual use

Then I would recommend some AKG k77's, if you want circumaural headphones. They just stomp my cheapo $20 Sony headphones (though also my in-ear headphones that came with my cell phone also stomp those headphones for clarity. lol)
