Eminem is preparing to release his new album

Eminem is preparing to release his new album, "Relapse 2", before the end of 2009, he has revealed.

The follow-up to "Relapse" is now thought to be complete and the rapper says fans can look forward to a recorded face-off with 50 Cent.

"We've kind of done it on other records, but not like to the extent on this one", he promised.

While the first LP was predominantly produced by Dr Dre, "Relapse 2" features work from the likes of Denaun and Just Blaze.

Speaking about the material, Eminem told the Shade 45 radio station he feels very relaxed about his return to hip hop.

"Now I'm at a point where I'm blessed enough to be in a position where I don't need to put out records, but I want to", he explained.

I bet this gets delayed until 2010

That doesn't sound like something to look forward to. :/ How is facing-off with 50 Cent in any way interesting? lol.. You could face-off against video recordings of Mr. Rogers and have a better adversary.

it means h and 50 will be trading bars back n forth on a record.. somethin similar to how rappers used to do it back in the day.. probably 8 bars a piece back to back

Hopefully its like the title song off of Re-Up. That song is one of like 3 I kept on my computer off of that album. Can't wait for this though.
