Puff just like politicians say what they're expected to say. Then there are the answers that we want to hear them say but know will never happen. And he's no out of line for saying that Pac made things worse with Hit Em Up.

Problem is that some people where handling their business on a street level, and some went on wax to handle their business... Not to mention the whole Bad Boy moves in silence attitude that Puff wanted.

Looking back it's almost like Pac did go after someone on wax who he was sure wouldn't defend himself, which is a smart move for his image and record sales etc.

Just seems like Puff where faster than Pac/Suge at bringing it down to the street level with "hits" and whatnot, my opinion is that Suge/Pac should have been on that very same level from the get go..

Also, Puff knew that Pac was front and center in the beating of record producer Mark Bell in Los Angeles when Suge and the Mob Piru goon squad was trying to get Puff’s family address in L.A.
