Not all doctors get paid by the gov. There are private hospitals and clinics in other nations. Personally I think that there should be a limit on how much wealth a single person can have. For example your total property including money should not be more than 1000 kilos worth of gold (about 55 million euros/65million usd).

Yes, I am a Marxist, but there's nothing idiotic about challenging a system that produces inequalities in life expectancy (health and suicide), education, murder, drug abuse etc.

Capitalism's markets are also responsible for climate change, wars, AIDs etc., and current data suggests they are also responsible for COVID-19. Accepting a system that produces these problems is idiotic.
