The Toronto Raptors appear to have made another addition to their roster as the NBA trade deadline approaches.
ESPN's Chris Broussard is reporting that the Raptors have sent centre Hamed Haddadi and a second-round pick to the Phoenix Suns in exchange for guard Sebastian Telfair.
Telfair is averaging six points and 2.5 assists in 46 games this season. The Raptors would be his 7th NBA team.
The 27-year-old guard is a former first round pick, 13th overall by the Portland Trail Blazers in the 2004 NBA Draft.
The Raptors picked up Haddadi, a backup centre, in the January deal that brought Rudy Gay to Toronto in exchange for Jose Calderon and Ed Davis.
The 27-year-old big man has played in 13 games this season but did not appear during his time with the Raptors.
