Houston Rockets' star Tracy McGrady had a disappointing season last year when he was injured and missed most of the regular season and playoffs, but plays to start fresh next year.
One new and fresh thing you'll notice immediately next season will be a number change. For years, T-Mac has sported the #1 on his jersey, but according to AOL's BlackVoices, he'll be rocking the #3 next season.
The new number represents his documentary on Darfur, titled "3 Points." It refers to the goals the NBA baller has for his efforts: peace, protection and punishment.
In the summer of 2007, McGrady took a trip to the Darfur region of Sudan, where civil unrest is at an all-time high. He filmed his experience while he was there and has since dropped more than $75,000 in humanitarian aid to the region.
