WWE owns the rights to "Mr. Kennedy" so he used his real name, which is Ken Anderson, which cannot be trademarked since it's his own name

Everyone who is leaving WWE ends up on TNA which seems to be better than the PG shows that WWE offers.

the problem is that tna is more pg then wwe... i think that its going for an ATTITUDE kinda feel but they edit out even the simplest of the swearing and everything... its even more lame cuz of that.. and as soon as they get enough of a live audience to move into bigger arenas it will be better for them... the tna fans seem or energetic then the wwe fans these days.. i mean just listen to them crowds.. nothing compared to the attitude era... you could almost feel the pop and electric when somethin went down.. it just aint like that no more and im not really feelin it..

It's Spike TV that edits the crowd chants and cuts to a shot of the empty arena when you see a woman's ass crack, not TNA itself.

I don't think wrestling will ever be the WWF Attitude era again, but for today's market, TNA is superior to WWE in every aspect. Even their women can actually wrestle and isn't an embarrassment to wrestling fans.

lol the editing is for the fans out in the TNA audience, as they chant and use profanity btw.
