Luna Vachon has died :(

Gertrude "Luna" Vachon, former wrestler for the World Wrestling Entertainment, died this morning at age 48, TMZ reports.

The news comes shortly after a fire destroyed her own home and wrestling memorabilia, according to Canoe, a source in Canada where Vachon was born.

A cause of death has not yet been reported.

Vachon wrestled in the WWE -- then called the WWF -- from 1993 to 2000.

although she could be a bit annoying sometimes... she played a great character.. she was a great wrestler and great performer... most the female wrestlers these days just dont have the wrestling ability she did... most look under-trained and clumsy these days... she didnt...

rest in peace luna!! i remember when i saw her the first time in tv with bam bam bigelow together, i was a young kid, i thought wow what a crazy girl she is, but she was very talented and a very good wrestling actor, i still have fights of bam bam bigelow against doink the clown on vhs, luna always attacked the clown and the lil' dink too, it was very funny, its too bad she died now, cant really believe it!! anyways my memories to her will never go away.....

yeah, its really sad seeing all these wrestlers die way too young. Even miss elizabeth died!! They get addicted to pills and other drugs...life of a wrestler is really demanding
