  • Haye implies Klitschko talks

David Haye may yet face Wladimir Klitschko this year if his latest 'Tweet' is anything to go by.

The WBA heavyweight champion claims something is 'potentially on the horizon', suggesting talks between the two sides remain ongoing.

Does some well overdue Klit licking potentially being on the horizon be something you may be interested in....???

Klitschko will defend his WBO and IBF titles against Britain's Dereck Chisora on April 30, and after the latest round of talks a date of July 2 was put aside for Haye.
But the Brit, who must fight the WBA's mandatory challenger if a bout with Klitshcko isn't finalised, laughed off suggestions that Wladimir would be ready to fight again so soon after Chisora.

Haye is currently due to make a mandatory defence against Ruslan Chagaev, although that fight will not go ahead because the Uzbek suffers from Hepatitis B.

A deal with the WBA's number two Alexander Povetkin was then rumoured to be close, but no contracts have been exchanged implying Haye is still in a position to accept terms with Klitschko.

Haye's manager Adam Booth later added fuel to the flames by saying an update on the situation could be imminent.

"At the moment I've just got to do what I've got to do. I don't want to talk about it. I'll just let David tweet whatever he wants to tweet," he said.

"Maybe by the middle of next week things could have changed quite drastically."
