MMA legend Tito Ortiz was arrested in Los Angeles early Monday morning (Jan. 7) on suspicion of driving under the influence
According to KTLA, the former UFC champ crashed into a concrete median on the 405 freeway at around 4 am in his 2012 Porsche Panamera, along with two passengers. When police arrived on the scene, Ortiz was given a breathalyzer test, and blew a .12. The legal limit in California is .08.
He was arrested, booked at a local police station for a misdemeanor DUI, and released sometime this morning.
CHP officers said no one was injured.
