  • Robert Griffin III's Jerseys Best-Selling In Single Season

Washington Redskins star QB, Robert Griffin III, has made an impact on the field... and is doing so off the field as well.

According to ESPN.com, his #10 Redskins jersey has sold more than any other player's in a single season since the NFL started keeping track six years ago... and the season isn't even finished.

Based on sales of the league's official Internet store, NFLShop.com, his single-season jersey sales thus far have overtaken Brett Favre's numbers, who previously held the record for most jerseys sold in a year twice -- with the New York Jets in 2008 and the Minnesota Vikings in 2009.

An exact number of sales were not disclosed by the NFL.

Additionally, Peyton Manning's Denver Broncos jersey has become the fourth-highest seller, surpassing sales of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo in 2007.

Jerseys isn't all. As ESPN.com reports, the line of socks that Adidas started producing for the quarterback after signing him to an endorsement deal have sold out -- at $20 per pair.
