Russia & China are football nations what are you talking about!? They're just very bad, but since they would have 20-60 million people playing the sport of football, that indicates they should be the best in the world in your point of view because of "how big they are". After all, 20-60 million people, when you only have to elect 25 or so into the squad to play for the nation, do the maths.
