We always lost our best players, even in 94-95-96 and all these huge years, it was never different. Ajax always had less money compared to the rest of the top europe clubs.
But since 3 years our whole youth education thing is finally changed back to the old school system, like we had in 70s, 80s and 90's, after 10 years of mismanagement of buying to expensive players and never gave our own youth a change, except a few examples like sneijder, vd vaart etc.
The new system is set up by J Cruijff (he did Barca aswell) and alot of legendary players like bergkamp, de boer, Jaap stam etc. It need a few years, but it already works good, cause we won 2 champions last 2 years.
Plus I hope the financial Fair play thing we happen soon, so clubs with alot debts like barca, real, Man U, chelsea, liverpool and all these clubs cant continue buying and can get disqualification for this europian tournaments. Cause football is getting destroyed buy all these clubs with high debts, but are getting saved by the Goverment or buy a arabian dude. The financial fair play rule will forbid that rich people can use their money to spend on players, but only on youth, buildings, stadiums and stuff like that.
For example, Spain is asking the EU for money, cause the bad economy. And what they tried to do? paying these debts for the clubs, from our fucking money. What a disgrace.
Bayner Munchen is a good example of how it can be. Its a healthy club, still play on the highest level. propz to them. Ajax is trying to go back to that level again.

Liverpool are not big spenders either they only spent 20m or so the real big spenders are man city, chelsea, real madrid, malaga and psg and some russian clubs too. I was wrong about the cost of ajax's team it wasn't 5m it was 2m heres the link http://www.balls.ie/football/ajax-v-...lue-breakdown/
Barca bought more players this year. And is only a lil bit less compared to real.
U know why all these clubs bought less this summer? Cause they have super high debts. Howvliverpool can spend 20 mil when they have super high debts? You actually know all debts from all PL clubs? The keep buying and buying.
About that ajax vs man city cost thing. Its totally bullshit, cause they never had a transfer, but that dont mean they have no value. and u think educating dont cost money and is free?
