"The Abrams/Kripke future-with-no-electricity series is a go"
Multiple sources all over the TV news world are reporting that NBC has picked up Revolution, the J.J. Abrams/Eric Kripke (Supernatural) pilot about a dystopian future with no electricity, to series. The pilot episode was directed Jon Favreau and starred Breaking Bad's Giancarlo Esposito and Twilight's Billy Burke.
Along with that action/thriller, NBC has also picked up three new comedies: Matthew Perry's grief-counseling comedy Go On, Anne Heche's Save Me and Ryan Murphy's (Glee, American Horror Story) The New Normal, about a blended family of a gay couple and the woman who becomes a surrogate to help them have children.
Been a fan of JJ's work ever since Lost and Fringe found there way into my life hope this show will be good to!
