Walking Dead star Norman Reedus is also set to star in the Robert Kirkman-produced sci-fi thriller Air. This is the first movie to be produced Kirkman, and Djimon Hounsou will star alongside Reedus.
This sounds like it could be a great little low-budget sci-fi movie. The story is set in "an underground cryogenic facility after a nuclear fall-out renders the atmosphere unbreathable. Air centers on its two custodial workers (Reedus, Hounsou) who take care of the cryogenically sleeping personnel that are to re-establish society but they struggle to preserve their own sanity and lives while maintaining the extremely fragile environment of the last livable place on earth."
The script for the movie was written by Christian Cantamessa, co-writer and lead designer for video games such as Red Dead Redemption and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Chris Pasetto will make his feature directorial debut with this movie.
