Last night's intro of The Simpsons was a shout-out to the immensely popular Mojang game Minecraft.
The long-running television series, whose intro sequences change every episode, featured the iconic Simpsons characters as Minecraft-style figures in a blocky world - complete with bartender Moe as a creeper.
"I'm not sure how I feel about it," said Minecraft creator Markus Persson on Twitter, adding, "I STILL feel a bit like it's just this small game I made at home. It's so weird to have all these things happen."
Previously, a fan had redone the Simpsons intro in Minecraft - we're not sure which version we like better. What do you think?
The Minecraft series has sold over 35 million units, cementing its place in pop culture. PS4 and Xbox One versions are on the way.
