^^I'll say gave him more character than anything else since his part in Family Guy was minor. I see where the more black part sort of comes in (the heavy voice) but I don't think it's mainly about that, and because he's fat they would be able to develop better stories around him.

This is a black knock off from Family Guy.You got the little smart ass thats like 3 years old, the fat brother, a sister (they are opposites though,ones attractive while the other one looks like a fucking ass of a donkey), a fat husband, and a down to earth wife. Family guy? No! Cleveland Show!

... and a talkin bear, a redneck racist and a short "douchebagwannabe stud" stereotype guy as neighbours lol. I think I know where the talking bear character originated from it's from the show MADTv where the comedian Will Sasso plays a russian immigrant or something.

The first episode was not that funny. The second episode has been the best so far. I think that its getting better as time goes on.

i dont know.. i was not diggin the show to much for some reason... cleveland was just in a recent episode of family guy though... just for another one of them bathtub scenes.. lol

its a good show i dont like it as much as familyguy. i thought it would be boring but was surprised.
