A few months back, horror-movies announced that TikGames was set to unleash a video game based on the Child’s Play character Chucky. We didn’t know much at the time and much to my disappointment we found out that Brad Dourif would not be voicing Chucky in the game.
What we do have today is our first look at Chucky from the upcoming video game thanks to Daily Dead who posted the image which is available in the newly released blu-ray version of Halloween II.
Although the image states “Coming soon to Playstation Network”, the site is reporting that the game will be available for digital download platforms, so it doesn’t sound like its a Playstation exclusive.
The game will be “ Utilizing an original storyline, players will have the opportunity to play as the killer doll and experience his exploits first hand while extending his gory legacy. True to the nature of the films, Chucky will use his full repertoire of stealth and guile to dispatch victims in a multitude of distinctive methods. In the end, it will be up to the player to decide how many (or few) people survive this stealth-action romp.”
