That's the "default weapon" which is only available thru cheats & hacks. I've never seen it on mp. He must be on a cheat activated server. I think that weapon sucks.

lol.. i know man.. i wish i would have... it was just all black but had no wheels... it would just kinda slowly glide around the map and murder people with the guns mounted on the hood... it moved similar to what that one drone rover thing does in mw3.... the guy who modded it somehow turned his guy into a car... i wanna learn how to do this sht...

one thing i do like is sometimes the modded lobbies have fully automatic tanks... and i love that sht... lol..

Apart from the usual prestige hacked lobby's that I'm always in in MW2, the only hacked game I've been in that I can recall on MW2, is playing the game where everyone on the map is a red dot, so the UAV thing was on the whole time, and of course in every game you get those fucking nerds who write shit all over the screen lol
