  • Modern Warfare 3 September DLC Leaked

Images show three new multiplayer maps.

Early images of upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 downloadable content have leaked online. The images show off three new multiplayer maps called Boardwalk, Gulch and Parish that are expected to be future content for Call of Duty Elite subscribers

Looking at Call of Duty’s official content calendar, three multiplayer maps are expected to be released as the September drop for Elite subscribers, making it extremely likely that Boardwalk, Gulch and Parish will be that month’s content for Xbox 360 Elite players.

Modern Warfare 3’s last content drop came earlier this month, adding multiplayer maps Decommission and Offshore and Special Ops mission Vertigo. August’s Elite drop will bring two new Special Ops missions as well as a “classified” third piece of content expected to be a new mode.

As with all Call of Duty downloadable content, Xbox 360 players will receive the content first. In this case, Elite subscribers on Xbox 360 will receive the maps a month ahead of PlayStation 3 Elite players and non-Elite subscribers can purchase Content Collections grouping previous packs at a later date.

Boardwalk, Gulch and Parish haven’t been confirmed by Activision or Infinity Ward, but we’ve reached out to both for comment and will update with any additional info we receive.
