Lionel Messi, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Joe Hart will be the cover stars of FIFA 13 in the UK.
Arsenal winger Oxlade-Chamberlain and Man City goalkeeper Joe Hart join Barcelona’s Lionel Messi as replacements for long-running cover star Wayne Rooney.
Both Rooney and EA agreed not to renew their deal after their contract expired. FIFA 13 will be the first of the series since 2005 to not feature the Liverpudlian's mug.
"Wayne and the FIFA franchise have achieved phenomenal success but the time feels right for both parties to explore other avenues," said EA.
"We wish Wayne the very best of luck in the future and we look forward to him accomplishing even greater success for both club and country."
FIFA 13 is out on September 25th in North America, September 28th in Europe and September 27th in Australia.
