    Both are great on their own way. U forgot ea have fifa? The best selling sport game every year. Fifa 12 was even best selling sports game ever.

    Plus they have fight night, best boxing games. Madden and NHL are great. Plus they just bought the studios from the UFC games.

        no it doesn't 2K has Won loads of best sports game awards with NBA 2K Games

            On ps2 Pes owned Fifa. But on the next gen consoles Pes went downhill.

            Its seriously is a garbage game right now, and that comes from a big Pes fan (old games)

              Yeah but 2K has Won Sports game of the year wards so not really & nop I was just saying Live was the better overall series then

                who cares about some awards giving out by sponsored gamesites in the US? in Holland fifa was chosen as best sports game, its different in every country.

                All these sites u looking though are american gamesites, football is not big in the US, thats why they choose NBA 2k. Alot EU, asian, south america sites are picking Fifa.

                America is not the standard of the whole world.

                  I havent played a 2k game since Nfl2k an Nba2k1 but those games stomped on all other sport games. They just always seemed more user friendly then the EA games.. I would choose Nfl2k again if madden would loose the Exclusive liscence with the Nfl.. 2k ftmfw
